RACHAEL POOL- BUSINESS OWNER & TUTOR
Rachael is the owner of Sassy Training Academy and has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years. Rachael decided to take a foundation CIBTEC CIDESCO course at the Bretlands Beauty School after becoming a mother and needing to find flexible work.
After this Rachael found her passion was in the Nail Industry (this will probably be due to her love of art!) and went on to train with Jacqui Jefford at CND (formally known as Designer Nails). Thanks to Jacqui's wonderful training Rachael went on to open her own nail business and through this she went on to embark on a career of teaching.
Rachael decided to open up her own training school at the end of 2016 and so Sassy Training Academy was born! Rachael's inspiration for the name was through the dictionary, the definition of a Sassy woman; Lively, bold, full of spirit and her own person!

VICTORIA- TUTOR
Victoria decided to embark on a career in beauty therapy and gained her NVQ Level 2 and 3 at Chichester college in 2010.
After gaining experience in salons, Victoria realised her passion for the beauty industry and so she then went on to qualify to teach others and pass on her widespread knowledge.
Victoria works part time at a beauty salon alongside teaching meaning she has hands on experience!
