You will not be entitled to any refund of payments made unless otherwise stated in our terms if business or otherwise agreed with one of our representatives in writing.  In the event of a genuine reason for a cancellation (proof of which may be required), a request for transfer may be considered at the discretion of Sassy Training Academy.
